Recently, in order to consolidate the basic skills of employees in Bolang and gain a deeper understanding of product characteristics and production processes, Bolang Refrigeration Equipment Co., Ltd. conducted a 3-day professional knowledge training for its business personnel.
The training was led by Zhao Peizhong, the head of our company’s technical department, who provided detailed explanations on topics such as refrigeration technology basics, commercial refrigeration systems, and classification of quick freezing equipment. At the same time, the salesperson followed the instructor deep into the workshop to observe the product structure on site.
Everyone observes the characteristics of each component, understands the working principle, technical process requirements, precautions, and other related knowledge during the operation process, and has a heated discussion. By combining theoretical knowledge and on-site investigation, we have gained a preliminary understanding of refrigeration equipment, deepened our understanding of the products we are responsible for promoting, and improved work efficiency.
