Mesh Belt Tunnel Freezer

Short Description:

The tunnel mesh belt freezer is designed and manufactured in accordance with HACCP requirements, ensuring food hygiene and safety. Suitable for rapid freezing of aquatic products, fruits and vegetables, pasta, sliced meat, and various processed foods. The equipment adopts a stainless steel refrigeration evaporator internally, combined with an upper air blowing design. The cold air flow is exchanged through the evaporator and pushed through a stainless steel axial flow fan. Inside the tunnel, it is guided and pressurized by a guiding device, forming a series of “wind blades” on the parallel moving mesh belt, causing the cold air flow to act vertically on the surface of the food. At the same time, after passing through series of “wind blades”, the food continuously cools down, achieving a rapid freezing effect.

It adopts the form of longitudinal vertical air blowing through the wind-guiding rack and installed with air-guiding device and equipped with high efficient and low-noise axial flow fan. It employs the advanced foreign technology of thermal fluctuation freezing. The heating exchange effect is good and the freezing speed is fast.

The evaporator uses large fins, which provides efficient heat exchange.

Water and hot gas defrosting ensures cleanness of the evaporator.

The panel use of rigid polyurethane foam, Good insulation properties; Both inside and outside are stainless steel, Easy to clean, ensuring food hygiene.

The mesh belt is driven by sprocket; high strength chains and sprockets, which ensures long service life.

Imported frequency converter to realize stepless speed regulation which can adapt to a variety of frozen products processing.
