1. Optimized flow field distribution: The frozen product is lowered to -18℃ under the combined action of suspension and frequency conversion transmission net belt, and the uniform and rapid freezing is achieved. The combination of evaporator, fan, air guide device and vibration device forms uniform and stable suspension of frozen products and negative feedback of fluidized bed multi-direction single wind, which makes the single freezing of frozen products faster and unified quality. The evaporator is equipped with high efficiency, low noise, waterproof, moisture-proof and low temperature vortex fan.
2. Evaporator design: Design process and structural parameters are tailored to the quick-freezing characteristics of frozen products, with the evaporator incorporating an extra-large effective surface area. Aluminum alloy fins with large fin spacing and variable fin spacing design are used to reduce the temperature difference between evaporator and cold storage, and equipment is selected and calculated based on an evaporating temperature of -42 degrees Celsius. The ample evaporating surface, coupled with high heat exchange efficiency, enables the design to consider the impact of inbound and outbound product temperatures, resulting in a delayed frosting effect that extends the working time of the quick-freezing machine.
3. Intelligent control system: The system is responsible for controlling the parameters such as temperature, air flow, and belt speed to maintain optimal conditions for the quick freezing of products passing through the tunnel. The system consists of a human-machine interface (HMI) that allows the operator to view and control the system parameters. The HMI is connected to a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), which is responsible for monitoring temperature sensors, flow meters, and other sensors that provide data on the system's performance. In case of any abnormality or fault in the system, the control system is equipped with alarms and notifications to alert the operator. The system logs all the critical data points, which helps in diagnosing any problems that might arise during the system's operation.
